It's been raining on and off, nothing extreme. If anything it's just really, really windy. Getting alittle uneasy about the nearing time she makes landfall, but I have to admit I'm a little bored (why I'm posting soo much). I don't have any experience with hurricanes, but it doesn't seem that bad (yet). I'm pretty sure the coast is getting ripped to streads, so I assume I'm next in line. =((((((((((( I'm very surprised, and I guess I should be greatful, that I still have power.

i'm okay, i only got high winds, maybe an inch (if that) of rain and a period of very hot sweaty sitting around doing nothing, when the power went out for 12 hours. the storm took a sharp turn north missing houston by miles but tearing through a place who's name i cannot remember at the moment.
